📦 Returns
- Customers must record a video while opening the package for return or damaged claims.
- Products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or invoice is required for all returns.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Damaged products caused by customer misuse.
- Used or washed items.
- Clearance or sale items.
💰 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the bank.
🔄 Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
- Customers should report damaged items within 3 days of delivery.
🚚 Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
